Thanks to our modular solutions and stocking these all single modules, you can expect a brand new spindle within four weeks or a repair within seven working days.

The feasibility of inquiries are not only assessed and executed professionally having the customer on board all the time, but also according to the ISO9001 standards and relying on our team concept combining all extertises we have.

Please note, that not every request can be fulfilled, and certain standards of our products must be maintained.

Given the required dimensional and form tolerances of less than 1 micron across entire assemblies,as well as spindle errors that are sometimes under 10 nm, our high standards for the quality of our products and manufacturing processes are not only necessary, but also a central part of our company cultrure.

Ultra-precision, high speeds and CNC functionality were previously seen as characteristics that were difficult or not possible to achieve together. However, with our patented, highly innovative spindle technologies and unique manufacturing processes, we have successfully combined these features in all our products.

Spindle designs of other spindle manufacturers are significantly affected by parts they have to buy in and thus also their performance and quality.

In Levicron we do this the other way around. We design the perfect spindle for the application and look then into parts we can buy in. This leads to the circumstance that Levicron had to develop things like rotary encoders, HSK clamping systems, iron-less motors or even spindle analyzer systems to achieve the performance and quality goals of a spindle development.

The outcome is spindle solutions with very unique properties, but also new products with features no other system can provide like our spindle analyzer systems “ShakesBear” or our spring-less HSK clamping system “SLH-x”.

A vertical integration of over 95% and comprehensive in-house development capabilities allow us an outstanding quality and manufacturing control. Our generally modular spindle design allows us to offer a wide variety of spindle models at a very managable stock level.

Thus, spindle orders of standard, not customized products can generally be processed within 6 weeks, any service case can generally be closed within 7 working days after your Levicron spindle has arrived at our facility.
