Our 2-channel FFT module with peak hold function is the heart of every fast, reliable vibration analysis. It records raw accelerations directly on the component, machine parts, or spindle and provides a high-resolution frequency spectrum. Critical natural frequencies of spindles, tool holders, machine parts, or complete machine structures can thus be visualized within seconds—repeatably, objectively, and free of subjective interpretation.
Peak hold mode stores the highest measured amplitudes in the spectrum until confirmed by the user. This ensures that even brief resonances are not overlooked. This is particularly indispensable for dynamic tests or speed ramps.
