We are a global leader for Ultra-Precision motor spindle solutions used for CNC machining centers according to our slogan “Ultra-Precision meets CNC-Performance”.
Despite the challenging times for the global economy, we are experiencing a significant increase in orders. This not only enables, but also requires further investments and growth.
As part of our continuous expansion and growing sales, we are looking for a new member for our machining team.
Your Tasks:
- Setting CNC Lathes (with live tooling) and milling machines online and offline (PLC: Siemens)
- Designing and manufacturing fixtures required for the machines above
- Machine/code documentation, maintenance coordination and continuous machining process improvement
- Production backflushing to Production Control and ERP Systems
Reports to:
Machine Supervisor
Your Profile:
- Degree or apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or Machining (CNC Machining)
- Sound experience in setting and operating CNC lathes with live tooling (Siemens PLC)
- Optional: Experienced in setting and operating CNC milling machines (Siemens PLC)
- Experienced in using offline and online programming tools
- Experienced in working with MRP and production planning tools
