Levicron exhibited at this year’s EMO, a leading international exhibition for CNC machine tools, machine components and automation. Beside a trend to combine highly automated CNC machining with digital twins to increase reliability, productivity and versatility also a significant demand for aerostatic tool and work-holding spindles could be seen to meet new requirements on part precision and surface finish.
A significantly increased number of inquiries for our spring-less integral HSK tool clamp unit “SLH-x” also showed clear requirements for a more reliable and consistent automatic HSK taper clamping in combination with improved shaft dynamics and higher spindle speeds.
With this outlook Levicron is looking forward to an even more successful 2020.
